Tim Misny
Attorney, author, and Cleveland original
Tim Misny is as local a boy as it gets. He was born and raised in Euclid, Ohio. He graduated from St. Paul Elementary school, St. Joseph High School, John Carroll University and Cleveland State University, John Marshall College of Law. Tim worked full time in the Prosecutor’s office as a law clerk during law school. Upon passing the State Bar Exam, Tim was offered an assistant prosecutor position. After a four-year tenure, he served as the Cleveland Police Patrolmen’s Association attorney for another four years. During this time, Tim developed a reputation for handling accident cases that ultimately led to his multidimensional statewide marketing campaign that has the trademarked phrase, “I’ll Make Them Pay!”™ as it’s cornerstone. Tim prides himself on not only getting his clients the compensation they need to resume as normal a life as possible, but of equal import, changing the way health care professionals and businesses conduct themselves so that hopefully the tragedy that befell his client will never happen again. While Tim has represented countless families throughout the state, and has dedicated his time and resources to several philanthropic endeavors, his number one priority and joy in life is being a hands-on dad to his 16-year-old son Max and 12-year-old twins, Ruby and Gus.
